Something flavorful is brewing on Cleveland’s West Side!

We’re proud to finally share the big news: Hola Island Provisions is expanding! And not just in one way, but in two.

We’ve officially broken ground at CentroVilla25, Cleveland’s newest cultural and culinary hub dedicated to celebrating and preserving the richness of Spanish and Caribbean culture. This exciting new food hall is bringing together a dynamic lineup of vendors: from Puerto Rican bakeries and Dominican cafés to artisan jewelers, fashion designers, and craft beverage makers. With music, dancing, food, and soul at the center of it all, CentroVilla25 is already the place to be this summer. And it's only just getting started.

Hola Island will soon be calling CentroVilla25 home, with two unique spaces currently in the works:

🛒 W25th St Bodega

This isn’t your typical corner store. W25th St Bodega is a new concept from Hola Island that caters to home chefs, food lovers, and flavor seekers. Our goal is to make hard-to-find Caribbean and Spanish ingredients available right here in Cleveland, alongside chef-grade pantry staples, locally made goods, and a curated collection of global flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Think boutique bodega meets global spice shop, with a little island soul in every aisle.

 

🏭 Hola Island Manufacturing Facility

Next door, we’re building something just as exciting. This will be a dedicated production facility that allows us to expand our small-batch spice operations and launch a new product line: fresh, handmade empanadas. With the demand for our signature seasonings growing every day, this space will be crucial in helping us keep up and keep delivering bold, clean flavors you can trust.

 

We’re thrilled to share that final building permits have been approved by the City of Cleveland, and construction is already on the horizon. Both facilities are expected to open this fall, just in time to spice up the season.

This move isn’t just about growth. It’s about staying close to the community that built us, sharing flavor in more forms, and collaborating with some of Cleveland’s most inspiring entrepreneurs.

We’ll be previewing both concepts at the CentroVilla25 Grand Opening and Sabor y Ritmo Festival, taking place on May 30 and 31. Stop by our pop-up for free samples, an exclusive look at our new bodega branding, and a sneak peek of what’s coming next.
