• 6 ounces fresh blueberries (about 1 heaping cup)
• 1 cup corn (frozen roasted corn, thawed and drained — or fresh)
• ½ cup fresh strawberries, trimmed and diced small
• ⅓ to ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, stems removed, finely minced
• 3 tablespoons green jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (or to taste)
• 1 teaspoon lime zest
• 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 teaspoons Hola Island Citrus Cuban Marinade
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste (Tabasco, Cholula, Tapatio)
• 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
• ½ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, optional and to taste

1. Prep Your Ingredients
• Rinse and dry the blueberries.
• Dice the strawberries into small chunks.
• Mince the cilantro and jalapeño, removing seeds if desired for less heat.
• If using frozen corn, thaw and drain well. If using fresh corn, cook and remove from the cob.
2. Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, corn, strawberries, cilantro, and jalapeño.
3. Add the Flavor
