Made with Hola Island Puerto Rican Garlic Adobo, they come out crispy, garlicky, and coated in a rich garlic butter Parmesan sauce. The best part? No breading, no messy deep frying—just season, air fry, and toss in sauce.
Why Hola Island?
Our Puerto Rican Garlic Adobo is loaded with real garlic, achiote oil, and herbs that cut right through the richness of the butter and Parm. Unlike the supermarket blends, Hola has no fillers, no dyes, and no MSG—just bold flavor that works across every cuisine.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Hola Island Puerto Rican Garlic Adobo
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat wings dry and season evenly with Hola Garlic Adobo.
- Air fry at 390°F for 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onion powder, then stir in Parmesan and parsley to make a hot, garlicky sauce.
- Toss crispy wings in the hot sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top.
The sauce is what makes these wings next-level. Garlic, onion, butter, and herbs get simmered together before coating the crispy wings, so every bite is bursting with flavor.
