Ingredients

🛒 Gather these simple, fresh ingredients:

  • 2 large red onions, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ½ cup filtered water

  • 1 tbsp Hola Island Citrus Cuban Marinade 🍊

  • 1½ tsp sea salt (non-iodized)

  • 1½ tsp cane sugar or coconut sugar

  • 1 clove garlic, smashed (optional)

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • ½ tsp whole black peppercorns (optional)

How to Make It

1️⃣ PACK THE JAR:
Layer sliced onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black peppercorns in a clean glass jar.
